I authorize Mission Point Resort to contact the employers listed above to obtain employment references. I understand that employment with Mission Point Resort is “At-Will”, which means that either the Company or I can terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice and with or without cause. All employment is continued or that basis. All applicants that are offered a position with Mission Point Resort may be required to undergo a background check, which may include a criminal conviction record check. Failure to complete any necessary consent forms or pass any checks will result in the immediate withdrawal of the offer of employment.
