Our reservations agents are available at (800) 833-7711, or reservations can be made directly through our website. Our lowest rates are always found on our website, and for the very best value, we recommend one of our packages.

Pricing varies by season, day of week, by view, and by room configuration and size. Rates are subject to change at anytime - so we recommend reserving your stay early!

Deposit

All reservations require a valid credit card. A credit card deposit equal to one night's stay is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be inclusive of room taxes, resort fees, and luggage transfer fees.

Cancellation

All reservations for 2022 must be canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival date in order to be refunded the reservation deposit. Please note that all reservations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation processing fee. Should cancellation occur after the cut off, the room deposit is forfeited.

Taxes & Levy

Taxes are not included in rates listed unless otherwise specified. A total of 19% tax will be added to room and package rates, including 6% Michigan Sales Tax, 10% Resort Levy Fee, and 3% Mackinac Island Assessment Fee.

Luggage Fees

Due to the complexity of the horse-driven transportation system on Mackinac Island, we do charge a small fee to cover the cost of transporting luggage seamlessly from the dock to the resort. A $6.00 fee per adult will be charged for luggage transfer. This amount is subject to change.

Check In & Check Out

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is by 11:00 AM. Please note that early and late check outs cannot be guaranteed and may impose a fee. To request early or late check outs, please contact us at (800) 833-7711 for additional information.

Children

Children 17 years and under stay for free with an accompanied adult. Kids under 12 also have the option of dining off our complimentary kids' menu when with a paying adult at select dining outlets.

Pets

Dogs may share in the experience for a one-time non-refundable fee of $100.00. Not all rooms are pet friendly rooms, and all pet friendly rooms are located in the Straits Lodge. All pets must be arranged in advance by calling (800) 833-7711. Mission Point reserves the right to have dangerous and/or disruptive pets removed. For more information about bringing your pet to Mission Point, visit our pets information page.

Extra Beds & Cribs

Roll-away beds are available for select rooms at a charge of $20.00 per night. Cribs are available at no charge. All are subject to availability, please call (800) 833-7711 for more information.

Availability

Rates are subject to change. We recommend booking reservations as soon as possible. Rooms and rates that are available today may not be available tomorrow!

Safety & Security

Safety & Security are our top priorities here at Mission Point. Lead by certified medical first responders, our security team is available on-site, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency, please don't hesitate to call the Front Desk by dialing 0 from your room's telephone. If you have an immediate emergency, please call 911 as there are emergency medical services available to you on Mackinac Island.

All security team members are CPR and AED certified, HIPAA compliant, and OSHA pathogen certified with specialized COVID-19 training.
